Zhuhai Zhongli New Energy Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. and Zhuhai Zhongli New Energy Material Co., Ltd. are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Guangdong Guanghua Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. (GHTECH) and are “advanced enterprises” in the field of comprehensive utilization of new energy automotive power batteries.
Zhuhai Zhongli New Energy Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. is located in Fushan Industrial Zone of Zhuhai City with a building area of 30,000 square meters in the first phase, and reserved project land of 70,000 square meters; the proposed investment in the first phase is RMB 100 million and the estimated total investment within 5 years is RMB 900 million. The decommissioned power battery industry base with annual capacity of 200,000 tons is planned to be constructed. The remaining functional resources of decommissioned power batteries in the base are estimated using the independently developed battery state estimation algorithm and big data technology and in combination with advanced battery management technology, and chip active-equalization products.
