The Whole Life Cycle of the Overall Service Solution of Decommissioned Power Battery

GHTECH has been dedicated to technological innovation and product R&D of whole life cycle management of new energy power batteries, which realizes cascade utilization and resource recycling of rear end power batteries and drives harmless, standardized, high value application of power batteries while providing front-end high-performance power battery materials. The company is one of first five enterprises in China meeting “Specifications for Comprehensive Utilization of Used and Scrapped Power Batteries of New Energy Automobile” of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, recycling and cascade utilization enterprise on national traceability platform, and power battery recycling pilot unit in Guangdong Province. At present, the company has achieved strategic cooperation on power battery recycling with BAIC Group, Nanjing Golden Dragon Bus, Guangxi Huaao Automobile and other enterprises.
Battery raw materials, precursors and battery materials: nickel sulfate, manganese sulfate, cobaltous sulfate, iron phosphate, lithium iron phosphate (lithium ferromanganese phosphate), lithium carbonate, and etc.

It will be built into a comprehensive industry base with floor area of 67,000 square meters in the first phase, and reserved and planned project land of 267,000 square meters. The planned annual capacity of decommissioned power batteries is 200,000 tons; the annual output of lithium battery material is 50,000 tons; the annual output of PCB electronic chemicals is 50,000 tons; the annual output of chemical reagents is 20,000 tons.

It is located in Fushan Industrial Zone of Zhuhai City, which mainly produces power battery cascade utilization products with proprietary technologies, uses international advanced physical disassembly technology, realizes zero emission battery teardown, and recovers full component battery materials.
