The decommissioned power battery industry base with annual capacity of 200,000 tons is planned to be constructed. The remaining functional resources of decommissioned power batteries in the base are estimated using the independently developed battery state estimation algorithm and big data technology, and the batteries with higher performance are remanufactured into cascade utilization battery pack products with international advanced technology level in combination with advanced battery management technology and chip active-equalization products and used in telecommunication base station, large-scale energy storage system, low speed electric vehicle and other fields. Batteries and scrapped batteries that fail to be used are subject to physical teardown and classification so as to output anode and cathode powders as well as copper and aluminum foil scrap products in an environmental friendly way.
